All new residential clients are required to schedule a Deep Clean for their first service to ensure we bring the home up to our luxe standard.

Deep Cleans & Maintenance – kitchens, baths, living areas, outdoor spaces, and everything in between. Minor maintenance (I.E. tightening cabinets) will be completed as well.
Laundry & Linen Perfection – fresh, crisp, and five-star presentation of sheets, towels, and textiles.
Property Staging & Setup – spruce up of décor, furniture, and amenities for maximum appeal.
Special Projects – seasonal refreshes, organization, and those “extra” touches that elevate the entire property.

Our standard housekeeping includes:
Dusting and wiping all surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen
Changing bed linens and refreshing towels
Special requests (like deep cleans, outdoor area care, or laundry service) can be arranged in advance.

Housekeeping is billed at a piece rate, which means the price is determined based on the size, layout, and overall condition of the property. This ensures fair and accurate pricing for every job. I’ll provide a quote in advance so there are no surprises. For customized cleaning or special requests, rates may vary accordingly.

Yes! I charge a service fee of $25/hr on top of my regular rate, but I will be more than happy to clean your home :)
