Meet Joey Miller

Hi, I’m Joey Miller - founder of Stone & Linen Services and Tiger’s Eye Tranquility.

I’m a consultant, coach, and calm presence in the middle of the storm. My work lives at the intersection of structure and softness - where people, processes, and spaces all get the care they deserve.

My Background

I started my career in vacation rental operations, working from the ground up in one of the country’s most competitive hospitality markets. Over the years, I became known for transforming chaos into clarity - developing teams, refining systems, and building cultures that actually work.

But I’ve also sat across from burnt-out managers. Stressed-out housekeepers. Owners on the edge of giving up. That’s when I realized: true operational success isn’t just about logistics. It’s about people.

What I Believe

I believe that how we run our businesses - and how we care for ourselves - are deeply connected.
I believe in clean systems, calm leadership, and energy that feels good in a room.
I believe in clarity, consistency, and a little bit of magic.

That’s why I founded two branches of the same vision:

• Stone & Linen Services, offering consulting, training, and leadership support for short-term rental companies, as well as my core: professional cleaning

• Tiger’s Eye Tranquility, offering life coaching, energetic reset work, and stress regulation tools for individuals and teams

Together, they support the full human—whether you're running a business, a household, or both.

The Blend

I’m not your typical consultant, and I’m not your typical coach.
I’ve led 50+ person teams across multiple departments. I’ve cleaned baseboards myself. I’ve facilitated vulnerability in rooms that weren’t used to it. I’ve rewritten SOPs and stood beside people in total overwhelm.

This work matters to me because people matter to me.
